Duties:Have to on-board at least 5 merchants and perform 10 - 25 servicing (revisit already existing retailers and make transactions in the existing account/QR code). Candidate has to make 5 rupees transaction through his account and later collect it from the retailer so there is no loss no profile structure.
Target & point structure during work on the field:
Candidates have to score 15 points every day. Please go through below point structure for better clarification - 1 on-boarding = 1 point, 1 servicing = 1/2 points (In order to make 15 points, candidates have to at least on board 5 merchants and service 20 QR codes). Minimum points that they need to score per day is 7. Anything less will lead in marking them as absent for that specific day.

- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card
- Bank account details (Passbook/Cancelled cheque)
- 2 passport size photograph
- Education qualification doc
AFTER INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- Visit Innov Office in Vikhroli (A2 Kailas Industrial Complex, Park Site Rd, Vikhroli W, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400079) and meet Abhishek Badhe to submit the docs and collect the OL after 2-3 days depending on Innov source spot guidance.
- Attend training at 10 am on Monday or Thursday (TL name/number & location will be provided)
- Start work on the field from the next day of training.
- 10000 - 16000 (In hand): This clearly depends on his experience & interview. Its always better to carry previous month payslip/bank statement/OL to negotiate on salary
- Up to 1500 (Transport & mobile allowance) : On working for around 24 days (Present)
- Up to 750 (Bonus for revisit taste)
- 5000 - 10000 (Incentives on targets)
- 6 months to 1 yr of experience as Sales / Business Development in Telecom / ISP or Retail / Wholesale mandatory
- Must have field sales experience
- Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak
