Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify and develop new accounts and follow up on existing accounts
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key target accounts
Manage assigned accounts to generate both incremental and repeatable annual business, initiate & manage multiple accounts and negotiate terms for all account programs and projects
Updated on and having a good understanding and knowledge of the Healthcare/Pharmeceutical/Life Sciences landscape in India
Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with internal teams- sales, analytics, product to develops and present proposed analytical solutions / thought leadership content addressing client's business issues
Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works collaboratively with internal teams to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales Executives and Analytics team to maximize account coverage.
Represents the company to the client and the client to the company in all Account related activities syncing with other teams.
Must demonstrate a sustained (4+ years) and successful track record selling professional services to Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Clinical Research Organizations OR consulting experience in Life Science practice of professional services / IT services/market research firms.
Demonstrated track record of success working with senior-level management in a fast-paced growth environment is essential
Full sales cycle experience is required: Prospect, Identify opportunities, Propose Solutions (writing proposals), Negotiate, Close
Strong written and verbal English skills, quality-oriented proposal writing and proposal management experience
Ambitious, driven and self-motivated personality adaptable to a fast-paced high volume and high-velocity sales organization
Willing to travel throughout India
